Please take the time to review the listed links on this page for any guidance. Read the information below to ensure that you have the following documents available when starting this process:

Residency Documents

The Parent/Guardian name and address must appear on the documents, and they must be current. You will be required to submit these documents. If you are registering from a laptop or desktop computer, you can upload PDF or image files of these documents. 

If you do not have PDF / scanned image files, we recommend that you register from a phone or tablet, as you can take clear photos of your documentation and submit them.

Category 1 (ONE of the following documents is required):

  • Real Estate Tax Bill
  • Signed and Dated Lease
  • Mortgage Papers
  • Closing Papers / Proof of Closing Date
  • Loan Statement

Category 2 (THREE of the following documents are required):

  • Gas / Electric / Water / Cable Bill (Current bill issued within 60 days)
  • Driver's License / State ID (currently issued within 60 days)
  • Current Check Stub
  • Home / Apartment Insurance Papers
  • Car Loan / Other Bill

***Online payments require payment in full. If you do not choose the pay online option, you can mail a check with the student(s) name(s) listed in the memo area or schedule an appointment to drop off cash payment***

NEW students to the district- links listed below

  • Create a TeacherEase account. Once created you will receive a follow-up email allowing access to the next steps. 
  • Follow the steps as displayed and complete all required fields. Ensure that all instructions are read thoroughly 
  • Upload all residency documents, Physicals, Dental, Vision, and Health forms as required by grade level. (*NOTE: Kindergarten students will need birth certificates uploaded*)
  • Online payments require payment in full.

**Returning STUDENT REGISTRATION guidance**

Parents/Guardians should log-in to their TeacherEase account and you will be prompted to start the registration.

  • Once logged in,  go in the "Miscellaneous" tab, use the drop-down and click on "Online Registration". Please contact the school if you should need to account for information to log in.
  • From there, you will follow the steps as seen on the screen. Ensure that all instructions are read thoroughly 
  • Online payments require payment in full.
